VENTURE COMMANDCommand Centre

Portfolio operations platform

One cockpit for a portfolio of businesses

Venture Command is a private operations platform for owners running several companies at once. Finances, contracts, documents, governance, pipeline and email live in one place, per business — so the question “what actually needs me today?” has an answer that does not take a morning to assemble.

Sign inAccess is by invitation — there is no public sign-up.

What it does

One position, not twelve spreadsheets

Cash, revenue, margin and runway per business, rolled into a single view. Every figure traces back to the record it came from — and where a business has no accounting connected, it says so rather than showing a zero.

Contracts and obligations

Every agreement with its counterparty, value, status and expiry, with the ones about to lapse pushed to the top of the day rather than found later.

A real data room

Corporate, legal, financial, tax, insurance and HR documents per business, versioned, with expiry tracking that warns before a licence or policy runs out.

Governance and risk

Board meetings, minutes and resolutions; a risk register scored by likelihood and impact; insurances and licences with the dates that matter.

Pipeline and people

Deals from first contact to close, leads and their history, cap tables and shareholdings, directors, and who has access to what.

Email that sorts itself

Connect a mailbox per business and new mail is summarised, categorised and given a draft reply. Nothing is ever sent without a person clicking send.

Connected to what you already use

Accounting, code hosting, deployments, payments, CRM, domains and design tools. Connect an account once and the platform reads it on your behalf.

Built for many businesses at once

Each company keeps its own records, brand, team and access. Someone invited to one business sees that business and nothing else.

Where the AI stops

It drafts. You send.

Replies, briefs and documents are written for you to edit. Actions that leave the platform sit behind a switch that is off by default.

Numbers come from your records.

Every figure is calculated from your own data, not generated. Where there is no source, the screen says “Not connected” instead of showing a zero.

It is not advice.

Nothing the platform produces is legal, financial or tax advice, however confident it reads.

How Venture Command uses Google account data

Connecting a Google account is optional and always initiated by you. Nothing is read until you connect it, and you can disconnect at any time from within the platform.

Google Drive is used only for files you explicitly hand to the platform, so that a document can be filed into a business’s data room. Venture Command cannot list or browse the rest of your Drive.

Your email address and basic profile are used to identify which Google account is connected, so a person can see whose account a connection belongs to.

Google account data is used only to provide these features. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Access tokens are encrypted before storage and are never exposed to a browser. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The full detail — every category of data, every third party, and how to have it removed — is in the Privacy Policy.

Where your data lives

Records are stored in Australia, in the Sydney region. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application, so a person invited to one business cannot reach another’s records even if the interface has a bug. Credentials for the services you connect are encrypted at rest, never written to a log, and never sent to a browser. There are no analytics scripts and no tracking pixels anywhere in the platform.
